Fed Day
Stocks closed flat Tuesday as traders waited for the Fed meeting today. The Dow closed the session with a small loss of 3.90 points to 13,309.07. The SPX declined 1.76 points to finish on 1,507.72.
The markets opened sharply lower but rallied over the day on the back of some good merger news.
Once the Fed has spoken and we have seen how the markets have reacted will we then assess where we are and whethter we want to make play for the last 7 days.
